What our clients say about Hacienda Concepcion:

Our guides were amazing, incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and helpful experts. They always made sure we had fun and shared fascinating stories on each excursion.

I absolutely loved the Cabana accommodation. Sleeping right in the jungle in the most fairy-tale like bed with white certain draped down was one of a kind. The warm breeze at night, sounds of nature, and early mornings were absolutely incredible.

It was great to have a shower and bathroom in the room and the room was very luxurious, more than I expected. I felt like a jungle goddess.

The meals were amazing, 3 course high quality meals with incredible service. There were options for traditional meals and more commonly recognized meals. Food and service was top notch.

Overall the trip was amazing and I am so glad I did it.

This was quite an intuitive solo trip and I was both excited and nervous about what to expect going to the jungle ... On getting to Hacienda I met incredible people, we ended up having lunches and dinners together. The experiences we shared were amazing and incredible.

This was a once in a lifetime time experience that I recommend to everyone!

Hacienda Concepcion seeks out ways to greet their guests and treat them well.

We were met at the airport and taken to the port for the “canoe” ride to the resort. The port is “rustic” and involved walking on a 2 x 10 gang plank to board the boat.

We had a brief meeting at the lodge which was the opposite of rustic. There you will be served outstanding meals every day.

Our guide, Mico, gave interesting and informative tours three times a day including some night tours for nocturnal animals.
